Marco LiMandri entered the bail bond business in the fall of 1972. In May of 1973 he started his own agency, A To Z Bail Bonds INC.  He served as President of the San Diego Bail Agents Association from 1976 until 1980.  February 1980 through May 1985 he wrote bail nights and weekends, while he worked as a business agent for the Hotel Employees and Restaurant Employees Union. Marco served as Chairman of the union’s Health and Welfare Trust Fund and was Secretary-Treasurer from 1982 to 1985.

In late 1985 entered the bail business full time.  In 1987 he reorganized the San Diego bail agents association and once again was elected as their President where he served until 1992 when he became the Vice President to the California Bail Agents Association.  In 1996 he was elected as President of CBAA and served in that capacity until 2000.  Marco was elected as PBUS Director At Large in 2002 and again in 2004. He now serves as Vice President of PBUS.
